Services and Programs

Healing the whole person, the well qualified, professional, and devoted staff at Vector Rehabilitation work individually with clients to design a rehabilitation plan that best suits the whole person. We consider lifestyle, employment, hobbies, and leisure activities and evaluate your rehabilitation needs with these in mind.

We help restore capacity, function, dexterity, and balance. We help re-train the body to accomplish daily tasks. We help develop skills to overcome physical limitations and to help you participate more fully in life and the community again.

Vector Rehabilitation offers many services and programs for our community. These services and programs include:

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy outpatient services are provided for individuals with diverse conditions that include chronic pain, arthritis, neck and back injury, post-surgical recovery, and physical/functional deficits due to a variety of diagnoses.

Senior Wellness Program

Seniors may set their own goals for improved flexibility, strength, balance, self-care, and improving their individual ability to participate in social and leisure activities. The goal of the program is to train seniors to maintain independence. Some services in this program include:

Coordinating clinics are typically held quarterly. The Panel serves both Humboldt and Del Norte counties.
